PRODUCTION FOLLOW-UP
We help communicate with Chinese suppliers and report to you. We ask for consistent updates, trouble shoot issues and push them to ensure on time delivery, and allow you to get a good night's sleep knowing the project will be continued by our team and your suppliers.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
Have the training and expertise to adjust and update the proper design files in realtime with local suppliers so they can fully understand your specifications. This will dramatically reduce the development time between you and your suppliers. And help in sure manufacturability in the beginning stages.
FACTORIES VISITS
Whenever we need to, we jump in the car and visit factories on your behalf to get things done: negotiate price, solve technical issues, and oversee production.
INVENTORY AND SHIPPING
We track the different moves of raw materials, spare parts and components, so nothing get lost. We arrange the shipping between different suppliers.

1. SOURCING STRATEGY AND RFQ
(REQUEST FOR QUOTE)
Deliverables:
Macro planning + Macro costing + RFQ documents
There are different approaches to sourcing a product depending on its nature and the final customer requirements before blind searching for suppliers.

Analyze technical details:
- breakdown parts and components
- functionalities and technical specs
- color, material, finishing
- modifications and customization

Define your order:
- quantity
- leadtime
- tooling budget
- payment terms
- packing and shipping terms
Then we make sure we write a proper RFQ folder with clear technical details so the first quotations will be the most accurate.
2. SOURCING - AUDIT - NEGOTIATION
Deliverables:
Factories listing + Audit report + Detailed quotation
We first look into our factories network, especially if you need components parts such plastic, metal or PCBA. Then we start looking find a potential suppliers. We build a shortlist of 15-20 suppliers and we narrow down to 3 to 5 top suppliers we go to visit.

We audit them and start building relationship, during our first meetings we talk with executive management and R&D department to make sure they understand our project and needs.
We discuss the production terms and factors that could impact price and deadlines. We believe that cost optimization can only be done through solving technical issues instead of sourcing cheap and low quality manufacturer.
3. SAMPLE PROTOTPYNG ADJUSTMENT
Deliverables:
Samples/Golden Sample + Final costing + Final technical files
To proceed any order we must have a golden signed sample that will serve as reference before we open tooling. Such sample usually needs to be adjusted and iterated a few times before all parties give the final approval.

We use different processes such as HD 3D printing, plastic and metal CNC, SLS SLA, hand made mock up, silk screen printing, laser cutting or engraving.
​
This step is crucial in order to lock down the final price. We help you to control price changes by finding the best technical solutions especially when it comes to open tooling for mass production.

4. PRODUCTION PLANNING
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Deliverables:
Production planning GANTT chart + Inventory follow-up
After you place your order we work on a GANTT chart to monitor the incoming production so we can manage the different suppliers involved and the lead time for the different required tooling.
We track inventory of raw material, product, component, spare parts, packaging.

We also plan the different visits we will have to organize along the production follow-up.

5. PRODUCTION FOLLOW-UP

Quality inspection report
The key to getting the highest quality production run is to work together with manufacturers in the early stages. To review and confirm quality expectations, management of quality control throughout the supply chain, attention to detail during tooling and production and willingness to solve the issues on the spot.
We make sure IQC, IPQC and OQC are done properly according to our quality assurance documents.
We also do inspection on your behalf following standard AQL, sometimes full QC if it is requires. We also can book a third-party to support the quality control.
Having a team onsite during final assembly can help ensure product is produced to your specifications and quality you and your customers expect.
6. SHIPPING PREPARATION
Deliverables:
Commercial invoice + Packing list
MSDS + Test report
Shipping marks + FBA labels
Once the goods are packed and ready to go, we make sure the documentation is all set to proceed for a clean exportation.
We do a final count, make sure the goods are packed properly according to the packing list with proper labeling on the master cartons. Then we wait until the truck pick the goods to your logistic partner.
