When you have a project involving products from China it can definitely get complicated.
Whether you are just starting or experienced, you are probably still asking yourself if having a partner in China to run your operation makes sense. The information below will hopefully help provide an answer to that question.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE YOUR FEES ?

We charge our fees upfront for services under USD $500.
For design services:
50% deposit and 50% when deliverables are completed.

For monthly support:
First month 50% when the month starts - 50% after 30 days.
Then you decide how many months you want to contract us.

WHY DON'T YOU TAKE ANY MARGIN ?

With Enine being fee based this allows our customers transparency into the true cost of their product. Our focus is more on providing design, R&D and production solutions to help take your product from concept to creation. We believe our support and transparency will help you make the best decisions possible.

HOW DO YOU DIFFER FROM A CLASSIC TRADING COMPANY OR AGENT?

Enine is not the middle man. We encourage you to work directly with suppliers and we help foster and build transparent, successful partnerships. Think of us as the bridge for your company into China to help find the right suppliers, efficiently and effectively.

HOW  AND HOW OFTEN DO YOU REPORT TO US ?

From emails, wechat, text messages, skype calls, to using or PLM platforms, we provide feedback and updates as often as you deem necessary. In practice, we usually report to you every single day to take some decisions and move as fast as we can in your projects.

HOW DO WE MONITOR THE PROJECT ?

We currently use Monday.com as a project management tool and can open an account for you. We also work on TeamGantt to track the manufacturing schedule. We can also adapt to your current tools if you want us to join.

WHAT DESIGN SOFTWARE DO YOU USE ?

Our team is familiar with AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, CATIA V5 and SolidWorks for 3D Drawing. For artwork and packaging we manage files with Illustrator, Photoshop or CorelDraw.

HOW IS ENINE ABLE TO GET A LOWER COST?

The first of many factors that go into any price is your relationship with the factory. Working on several projects allows us to keep close connections with our suppliers especially with hardware maker such as Plastic, metal and PCB factories. We are also able to speak fluent Mandarin to help clearly communicate your specific product design and find the best manufacturing solutions.

HOW DO YOU SHORTEN MY PRODUCTION LEADTIME ?

Being in China allows us to continue to work while your office sleeps. Projects will seem to operate 24 hours a day when you have a team on the ground to be able to be onsite if necessary, and handle issues in real time. This eliminates the time zone differences that can delay production. We also make sure all the technical details are revised by our R&D team, especially prototyping and tooling.
